These terms and conditions apply to the products on www.shippingcoolers.com (the “site), and the purchasing and sale of our products through Good Vittles LLC located in Hamburg, PA. By viewing this site; placing an order by telephone, fax, or email; or, completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms and Conditions.
All the folks at Good Vittles, delight in the opportunity to converse with our customers. Providing you with an informative level of customer service is our privilege and passion. Ownership of Materials, Copyright, and Intellectual Property
The information contained in this site including all images, designs, photographs, text and other materials (the “contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by Good Vittles LLC. The contents of this site may not be copied, republished, downloaded, transmitted, mirrored or reproduced without the prior written permission of Good Vittles LLC.
Limitation of Liability
Good Vittles LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damages. Good Vittles LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control. Good Vittles LLC aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any products purchased, or, if no such products were purchased, ten dollars ($10.00).
Pricing and Taxes
All information regarding pricing, products, and services is subject to change. Good Vittles LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products, and will update the site with any adjustments. Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, handling fees, or taxes. Customers who claim exemption from taxes are responsible for providing Good Vittles LLC with the necessary documentation at the time of purchase or taxes will be added to their order.
Our manufacturing facility operates from Monday through Friday, with occasional hours on Saturdays if necessary. Ice blankets are always readily available for immediate shipment. Insulated coolers are cut to order, so you can figure a maximum of 5 business days to custom cut your coolers and prepare them for shipment.
Client Supplied Boxes
In an effort to reduce your cost, we allow our clients to supply their own corrugated boxes. We will adjust the price of the cooler(s) by deducting our cost for the boxes from the final price. You need to verify from your box supplier that your boxes are consistent in size and/or that they were manufactured under the same lot number. If you would like to use your own boxes, we will need a sample box delivered to our office at your expense.
We can manufacture insulated coolers to fit any size box. There is never a set-up or re-tooling fee for custom orders.
UPS is our primary carrier for both parcel shipments and freight. All shipping charges are prepaid by Good Vittles LLC and added to the customer’s invoice unless the customer chooses their own carrier. Any additional charges for special services requested by the customer, including but not limited to inside delivery, special routing, residential delivery, lift gate, or pre-delivery notification will be billed to the customer. If you contact the carrier and interfere with the shipment while in transit, you will be responsible for any additional fees that the carrier charges us.
Order Cancellations or Adjustments
You may cancel or adjust any ice blanket order prior to it being shipped…..just call us or send us an email (with a read receipt). Insulated coolers are made to order, so once we begin manufacturing your order, we normally do not allow cancellations.
Good Vittles LLC does not use defective or recycled raw materials and our insulated coolers are manufactured within a tolerance of 0.0625”. Our quality control staff does not permit defective products to leave our warehouse. Thus, we do not issue refunds for claims of defective products. Once your order is shipped, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued. If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to us, no refund will be issued. We will hold the order for 30 days and you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs for delivery. After 30 days the order will be discarded.
If a product is damaged during delivery to you via a freight carrier, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and request an inspection report on the damaged shipment from the carrier to be forwarded to you within 10 business days. Forward the inspection report and original packing list to Good Vittles LLC and we will file a claim on your behalf. If the claim is honored by the carrier, then Good Vittles will forward the entirety of the compensation to you. If the claim is not honored by the carrier, then Good Vittles will not issue a refund or partial compensation.
If a product is damaged during delivery to you via UPS or Parcel Post, you must note the extent of the damage on the back of the packing list. Once complete, forward the form to Good Vittles LLC and hold the damaged materials for disposition instructions.
This website and the materials and products on this site are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Good Vittles LLC hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, related to products, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of noninfringement. Good Vittles LLC does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
For those customers with established Good Vittles LLC credit, payment terms are net 15 calendar days from the date of invoice. In addition, Good Vittles LLC accepts all major credit cards or ACH transfers. COD is only available for those orders picked up at a Good Vittles LLC warehouse.
This site is controlled by us from our offices within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America. By accessing this site you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products available through this site. Any litigation will be brought exclusively in Berks County, Pennsylvania and customer consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal and State Courts located therein, submits to the jurisdiction thereof and waives the right to change venue.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you, the customer, and Good Vittles LLC concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect thereto, including any oral statements made by Good Vittles LLC representatives or any alternate terms supplied by you to Good Vittles LLC unless otherwise agreed to by Good Vittles LLC in writing. To the extent that anything in or associated with site is in conflict or inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
